  • Served as primary Senior Infrastructure Architect for the Northeast Division

  • Design, plan and implement technologies encompassed by the CUCCE product line including but not limited to CUCM, CVP, Natural Language, Voice Recognition, etc. supporting the customer service infrastructure.
  • Work in partnership with Cisco organizations including CROS, TAC, and UCCOS in order to support, monitor and efficiently maintain all systems within our CUCCE environment.
  • Supervise and accountable for ICM cluster implementations in multiple locations (PA, DE, NJ, MD, VA) both in the United States and in the Caribbean (Grenada, Dominica), supporting employees both from the Call Center and dispatching fields.
  • Spearheaded and executed the initiative to make all clusters geographically robust and redundant.
  • Decommissioned EOL Cisco ICM system, installing, migrating and upgrading to newer 7.x infrastructure.
