Worked with a team of Behavior Technicians, Behavior Analysts, Child Psychologists, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists to provide ABA therapy for children recently diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Implemented behavior strategies, communication goals, and self-help skills. Used knowledge and educational background to teach students with varying needs functional communication to reduce challenging behaviors.

Supported children and teens with autism while working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Speech-Language Pathologists to implement treatment goals. Recorded data on treatment goals through electronic data systems and completed session notes in a timely manner. Communicated with families to gather caregiver reports and relay progress information from BCBAs.

Worked 1:1 with students with autism in a classroom and community setting. Worked towards educational and behavior goals outlined by IEP and family. Delivered curriculum tailored to the student and their goals while recording data to report to group leader. Implemented behavioral interventions for students with varying needs and levels of support.

Supervised elementary age children while facilitating outdoor activities and games, crafts, and reading time. Focused on providing a positive and caring environment for children to have fun.

Worked with fifth grade students at Irene Reither Elementary school with a focus on providing a positive role model, building relationships, and supporting education.

Worked with children between the ages of 6-12 at a summer day camp. Supervised a group of children during field trips and summer activities while building positive relationships, ensuring safety, and having a fun and exciting camp experience.
