I was trained on all aspects of the Access Center and able to complete any task that is needed.
In November 2016 I was promoted to "Preceptor" of the department and gladly accepted more responsibility as I was able to assist with the growth and development of the department .
As Preceptor I was responsible for intense 1 on 1 training of new hires for a 30 day period and after that I continued to monitor them for 60 days to ensure they are properly trained. I also completed 2 phone call evaluations per week on each representative in the department and graded them to ensure quality assurance and at times provide further training if needed.
As Preceptor when new programs were to be used in the department I tested them for a set amount of time before they were rolled out and also attended training with the company of the program so I could then train my staff in the department on how to efficiently navigate the designated program.
