computer. Assist in terminations and pay raises getting everything necessary in the system to complete
the tasks and file in cabinet. Assist in orientations getting new employees their paperwork to fill out and
taking copies of their I-9 documents. Giving them their orientation setting them up to get their drug test
and DQ File and set up with the safety guy to do their trainings. Putting new hires into the system and ADP.
Keeping up with tracking coveralls being returned or exchanged. Assisting the safety man with keeping
up with all certification making sure they are current also assisting him with any projects. Keeping track
of all MVRs sending information to PBDA to run them before they expire and reviewing them to make
sure they are eligible to drive company trucks. Adding up hours on field tickets and shop time cards and
putting in hours to biweekly for payroll marking them off on invoice tracker. Running normal errands for
the office assisting on housing inspections
Answer recruiting calls give information to drivers wanting to apply keep up with applications make sure
that they have everything they need to proceed with the hiring process have there reports get ran based
off if they qualify get a drug test scheduled. Set up a date for orientation send welcome email to owner
ops and drivers with everything they will need to bring with them to orientation. On mondays I have the
drivers fill out paperwork get truck and trailer pre leased to make sure the truck and trailer are in good
condition to be dispatched. Put the drivers into the system to get log ins for all our apps. Pick up plates
that were ordered from the DMV. Tuesdays I do orientations based off if the driver has everything ready
get them stickers, plates,tracker assigned, binder to be released. Wednesday-Friday work on recruiting
for the following week catch up on any other paperwork.
process returns for guests answers phone calls and help guests on the
phone find any items they need on my device as well transfer calls if needing to speak to and LOD. Make
sure to give guests the best customer service experience. I defect out items and place them in their
appropriate bins as well assist on pick up orders making sure it’s the correct person and logging on a
paper the guests who have picked duo their order for that day as well as drive ups making sure to get
all the guests items in their order and taking it out to their vehicle in a timely manner under 2 minutes
I dealt with new hires give orientation evaluate them to find out which warehouse to place them out at.
Inputted their information on the computer to have their gate passes activated and added team members
on to a new hire spreadsheet. Gave them safety test for the equipment and certify them with a permit if
they passed the test with an 85 or above also gave them hands on training on the equipment. Helped on
a couple of post incident and post injury reports and gave drug tests to team members who got hurt or
damaged equipment. I also helped unload trucks. I’m certified on sit down forklift, sit down clamp, and
electric pallet jack. I also supervised special projects and helped make estimates for them. I had recently
moved positions to be an unloader I unloaded pallets of product from trailers with a lift and broke down
pallets that needed To be broken down
Worked in the front as GSA for the front lanes made sure everything was running smoothly the front end
looked good answered calls provided good customer service.Recently moved to the back help guests
finding items they needed help with carry outs push out frate. Did o line orders for In store pickup
and delivery. Used a device to find and scan orders scanned into system printed off paper with, items
purchased,Addresses, and name. Packed items into box along with paper tapes box too and bottom to
secure and placed barcoded label on top outside of box when finished with all orders for the day closed
out orders for UPS to come pick up next day
