In this position I have had the responsibility of managing five employees, teaching them the floral,
safety and customer service skills they needed to provide the best service to our customers. I would also perform monthly inventory
counts of the department, organize and do the specific ordering of supplies and product to the best of my knowledge. I run a register
and have managerial duties that only a few clerks possess. I would also safely use tow-motors and pallet jacks to move pallets around.
As the in-store recruiter, I was responsible for managing the entire hiring process for my store. This included conducting interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit, performing thorough background checks to ensure compliance with company and legal standards, and administering in-store drug tests as part of the screening process.
