The Education Trainer is responsible for assisting the teaching staff in implementing appropriate classroom techniques and for coordinating, setting up, and implementing a training and technical assistance plan. Building a positive relationship with teaching staff is vital. Work daily in classrooms, modeling appropriate behavior for teaching staff, parents, volunteers, and children.

I was state-licensed to care for 7 children ages 3-10 in my home for 3 years. I was also contracted with CARD Head Start to implement their program into my family child care. I turned my family child care home into a Home Head Start. I ran it the way Head Start ran its program. After 3 years working in my home, I was asked to work in their center near my home.
