For almost the last 2 decades I have focused most of my efforts outside of my professional life to achieve peak appearance and optimal health and wellness for myself, my family and friends. This part of me is extremely dedicated and driven to be the best version I can be while also being better than I was yesterday. I take this approach in all areas of my life including my careers. I always give 110% to everything, while also asking, learning, trying and reading  to gain my knowledge and expertise. I enjoy work in environments that are fast-paced and physical, I like to be moving around and assisting others while working to complete a task, resulting in a job done to complete satisfaction.
