• Species identification, natural history ,normal and abnormal behaviors, nutritional and supplemental needs, habitat requirements, cage preparation, enrichment, zoonotic disease control and safe handling techniques.
• Participate in actual patient care with hands-on wildlife orphan care and rehabilitation including:

• Intake protocol, charting and recording, weighing, calculating % of formula per feeding, tube feeding, wound care, administering medications, calculating dosages, parasite control, drawing and administering vaccinations, subcutaneous fluids therapy and nutritional maintenance.

• Public relations through dealing with people who find wildlife or offers advise pertaining to wildlife conflict situations, explains reuniting protocol and handles intake protocol for new arrivals.
• Safety precautions at all times while handling wildlife
• Develop enrichment activities for mental stimulation for the animals in the clinic
• Supervises, trains and instructs volunteers and high school students

• Duties include feeding, making sure plenty of water is available, outside time for dogs to allow for play and pottying, litter box cleaning
• Lots of TLC and cuddle time for both dogs and cats and socialization for foster kittens to ready them for their new homes

• I greeted customers as they entered the restaurant, took their reservations or put them on a waiting list, gave them menus and showed them to their seats
• I also handled phone calls and customer questions about the restaurant and menu, and assisted various restaurant staff when necessary including running food, clearing and cleaning tables

• In this position, I made specialty coffee drinks, smoothies and protein drinks, loaded teas made with natural caffeine all from a very extensive and varied menu
• I greeted customers, ran the register, opened and closed, performed cleaning duties
