  • Employment 1.1
  • The Employer agrees to employ the Employee, and the Employee is obliged to perform services set forth in this Agreement
  • By signing this Agreement, the Employee accepts such engagement and agrees to act to the interests of the Employer and to receive compensation for his services while the present Agreement is in force
  • 1.2
  • The services provided by the Employee are understood as professional activities described in Appendix A of this agreement
  • Appendix A is an integral part of this agreement that governs relationships between the Employee and the Employer

  • General Provisions 2.1
  • This agreement can be negotiated, amended or supplemented with description of services expected to be rendered by the Employer
  • All such revisions, amendments and supplements are only valid if made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both Parties
  • All such revisions, amendments and supplements shall become an integral part of this agreement
  • 2.2
  • The Employer is obliged to provide services set forth in Appendix A with strict conformity
  • Appendix A is signed by both parties together with this Agreement and is an integral part of it
  • 2.3
  • Section titles may not completely and accurately reflect the content of this Agreement and shall not be considered a part of this Agreement
  • 2.4
  • This Agreement contains the entire understanding by the Parties with respect to the matters contained herein and supersedes all previous negotiations, agreements and commitments made between the Parties
  • There are no promises, covenants or undertakings between the Parties other than those expressly set forth in this Agreement
  • In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and any Prior Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail

  • If, for some reason or other, one or several provisions of this Agreement are invalid or are not legally enforceable, the validity or applicability of other provisions should not be affected

  • All messages exchanged by the Parties by means of facsimile communication are considered to be official and legal

  • Job Title and Employee’s Responsibilities
  • The Employer agrees to employ the Employee as an Investment Advisor
  • The Employee will be expected to perform the following job duties: 3
  • Position for 1 year with prolongation option - No license required 3.2
  • Duties: - Attract the investments and promote company's projects in the USA on behalf of the wide variety of development companies
  • Communication with investors via communication means (e-mail, phone) from any place or device
  • Writing proposal letters to attract investments for ICO projects and sell their token's
  • Providing an explanation of all the details of the proposed projects - Assistance in a choice of the right projects for the investments - Ensuring the convenient investment methods between investor and project
  • The database of Investors and Projects will be provided
  • Online through 9.00 am to 5.00 pm your time
  • The Employee agrees to be employed on the terms and conditions set out in this

  • The Employee agrees to be subject to the general supervision of and act pursuant to the orders, advice, and direction of the Employer
  • The Employee will perform any and all duties that are reasonable and are customarily performed by a person holding a similar position in the industry or business of the

  • The Employer cannot unilaterally and significantly change the Employee's job title or duties
  • The Employer may make changes to the job title or duties of the Employee where the changes would be considered reasonable for a similar position in the industry or business of the Employer
  • The Employee's job title or duties may be changed by agreement and with the approval of both the Employee and the Employer
  • The Employee agrees to abide by the Employer's rules, regulations, and practices, including those concerning work schedules, vacation leave, and sick leave, as they may from time to time be adopted or modified

  • Employee Compensation 4.1
  • Compensation paid to the Employee for the services rendered by the Employee as required by this Agreement (the "Compensation") will include a base salary with a rate of $5,000.00 plus an additional commission fee (5%) of the total processed investments
  • The Company will start to pay a monthly base salary ($5,000.00) to the Employee after attracting his first investments obtained primarily through the efforts of the Employee
  • The training performance Assessment will only consist of attracting first investments in our projects
  • After closing a deal the training could be considered COMPLETED
  • The base salary becomes payable on receipt of payment to the Company from the customer
  • Notice: When finishing the training there would be no quota for the number of attracted investors and the employee will get paid bi-weekly
  • The commission is 5% of attracted investments is guaranteed right away!
  • PAYMENT METHOD: - Direct Deposit/International Wire Transfer 4.2
  • The Employer will reimburse the Employee for all reasonable expenses, in accordance with the Employer's policy as in effect from time to time, including but not limited to, any travel and entertainment expenses incurred by the Employee in connection with the business of the Employer
  • Expenses will be paid within a reasonable time after submission of acceptable supporting documentation

  • Rights and Responsibilities of the Parties 6.1
  • The Parties bear full responsibility for non-execution or inadequate execution of all obligations under this Agreement
  • 6.2
  • The Parties bear full responsibility for disclosure of any confidential information that becomes available as the result of their cooperation as described in this Agreement
  • 6.3
  • The Employee shall devote as much of his productive time, energy and abilities to perform his duties, described in this Agreement, productively and in timely manner
  • 6.4
  • The Employee confirms that he is free to enter this Agreement and is not bound by any other contracts and agreements between the Employee and any third party that would restrict such an action
  • The Employee retains the right to perform services for any third parties, while employed by the Employer, as long as those companies are not direct competitors of the Employer and do not provide any similar services
  • 6.5
  • The employee understands and agrees that any attempt on the part of the Employee to induce other employees to leave the Employer’s employ, or any effort by the Employee to interfere with the Employer’s relationship with its other employees and contractors would be harmful and damaging to the Employer

  • Employee’s term of employment and for a period of six (6) months after the end of that term, the Employee shall not in any direct or indirect way: a
  • Induce or attempt to induce any employee or contractor of the Employer to quit employment or retainer with the Employer

  • Otherwise interfere with or disrupt Employer’s relationship with its employees and contractors

  • Discuss employment opportunities or provide information about competitive employment to any of the Employer’s employees or contractors

  • Solicit, entice, or hire away any employee or contractor of the Employee for the purpose of an employment opportunity that is in competition with the Employer

  • Solicit, entice, or hire any former employee or contractor of the Employee who have been released of their duties for the Employer for less than a year

  • Vacation 7.1
  • The Employee will be entitled to four weeks of paid vacation each year during the term of this Agreement, or as entitled by law, whichever is greater

  • The times and dates for any vacation will be determined by mutual agreement between the Employer and the Employee 8
  • Duration and Termination of the Agreement 8.1
  • The Agreement becomes effective from the moment of its signing by both Parties
  • 8.2
  • The present Agreement can be terminated on mutual agreement of the Parties, and also on the bases stipulated by law

  • The merger or consolidation of the Employer into or with any other entity shall not be the reason for termination of the present Agreement

  • In case of the default of the Employee, the Employer retains the right to terminate the
  • Agreement at once and to proceed with the work required under the Agreement in any manner the Employer deems proper
  • 8.5
  • If the Employee is convicted of any crime or offense, fails or refuses to comply with the written policies or reasonable requests of the Employer, is guilty of serious misconduct in connection with professional performance or materially breaches provisions of this
  • Agreement, the Employer at any time may immediately terminate the engagement of the
  • Employee without prior written notice to the Employee
  • 8.6
  • The Employee and the Employer agree that reasonable and sufficient notice of termination of employment by the Employer is the greater than ten (10) days or any minimum notice required by law

  • If the Employee wishes to terminate this employment with the Employer, the
  • Employee will provide the Employer with notice of 10 (ten) days
  • As an alternative, if the
  • Employee co-operates with the training and development of a replacement, then sufficient notice is given if it is sufficient notice to allow the Employer to find and train the replacement
  • 8.8
  • Once notice has been given by either party for any reason, the Employee and the
  • Employer agree to execute their duties and obligations under this Agreement diligently and in good faith through to the end of the notice period

  • Additional Charges 9.1
  • If the Employee has to pay additional charges or fees related to his professional activity for the benefit of the Employer, the Employer shall reimburse such expenditures
  • Each such expenditure shall be documented and discussed with the Employer

  • The Employer takes all charges and fees related to Investment fees and cryptocurrency exchange commissions

  • Holidays 10.1
  • The Holiday year will commence on 1st day of January and run for one year (the "Holiday Year")

  • During each Holiday Year, the Employee is entitled to four weeks of paid annual leave, such entitlement accruing on a pro rata basis, with Bank and Public Holidays to be included in the calculation of the Employee's four weeks of paid annual leave

  • The times and dates for any holidays will be determined by mutual agreement between the Employer and the Employee
  • 10.4
  • Upon termination of employment, the Employer will pay compensation to the
  • Employee for any accrued and unused paid annual leave
  • Termination of Employment 11.1
  • Where the Employee has breached any reasonable term of this Agreement or where there is just cause for termination, the Employer may terminate the Employee's employment without notice, as permitted by law

  • The Employee and the Employer agree that reasonable and sufficient notice of termination of employment by the Employer is the greater of 10 (ten) days or any minimum notice required by law

I grew up in San Bernardino CA. It was a really hard place to live e with all the crimes and earthquakes. But I moved to Craig Co and now life is better. There's not much crime here there are wanna bes. Lol.

But I always hated to go to school but I got my GED back I. 1993. A d life went on. Then in 2019 I decided to go get my Associate degree. I never thought I'd make it but damnet I did. WOOHOO I feel like a new person.
