  • bussers, making sure they take their breaks, are on task, and am here if they need an questions answered.
  • From being a togo server I have gained the quality of being able to sell products to customers, interact and communicate clearly ot customers. If there was ever a problem I made it my duty to make sure they felt satisfied before they left the restaurant.
  • I was the first busser shift leader at the Old Spaghetti Factory. I was chosen to be a shift leader because of my quick problem solving skills, my attention to detail, and my communication skills with both guests and my fellow co-workers. Being a shift leader meant I had to facilitate the other bussers and made sure that they were on task. I helped out where ever was needed elsewhere in the restaurant to help the restaurant run smoothly. I also was a place where bussers could come if they had any questions.

Outdoor school student leader

River team at Kaurtli site
05.2022
  • Outdoor School(ODS) is a program that allows kids in middle school to go and live in the woods for a week. They stay in cabins and learn about the outdoors around them. There are four field studies that they get to explore; water, plants, soil, and animals was a student leader. Another student leader and I had our own group of kids each day that we had to take care of. Since it was the year after Covid the kids didn't spend the night, but we still saw the same kids every day. The field study I taught was water, I got to teach kids everything there is to know and observe about water. This was a really amazing opportunity that I got to participate in. Me being a leader meant I got to learn important leadership skills and encourage kids to keep going in school. I also felt like I was inspiring kids to do something with their lives at a young age in order to be even more successful in their lives. I did outdoor school during sophomore year in April of 2022.
