- Counted and balanced all registers that were used the previous day and entered into a program. Created deposits and ordered change to keep the cash flow functions of the store operational.
- Researched any overages or shortages. Did corrections if able to. Coordinated with Asset Protection and the District Asset Protection Manager if patterns were discovered.
- Ordered and maintained store supplies inventory while adhering to a set budget.
- Received and researched all credit card chargebacks that were provided by the Chargeback team. Pulling POD's, signed receipts/agreements/contracts.
- Processed kronos corrections/vacation time/personal time requests that were submitted by associates. Reported any suspicious activity to management.
- Tech support for whole store. Calling tech support desk to obtain advise, replacements. of parts, troubleshooting all equipment, ordering necessary parts, etc.
- Was sent to different stores to help retrain and investigate issues with suspicious activity.
- Worked reports for Special Services Supervisor and made sure any issues with orders were resolved.
