PreK-1st Grade

  • Responsibilities include creating safety procedures and school policies from scratch as we started the school in 2020
  • Creating a positive reinforcement program for school wide use, sharing and implementing the program with staff
  • Closely working with Principal and Board members to ensure educational expectations were being met for all students
  • Organizing and creating school wide field trips, events and celebrations for students
  • Providing clear understanding, expectations and knowledge in the subject areas of reading, writing, math, grammar, social studies and health through a Christian curriculum
  • Creating and implementing schedules for split grades ensuring all student needs are met emotionally and academically
  • Implementing movement and sensory into daily lessons to create a fun and flexible learning environment
