I am in charge of one individual every day, though my house manager does change schedules and people throughout the week. Once you clock in you’re basically taking care of the individual you were assigned to giving them medication if needed and making sure they have a routine. Cooking for them and helping them with whatever is needed. There are some kids that have autism and other conditions so helping them learn and grow.
