I started as a staff nurse in the Neuro-Behavioral unit I quickly was offered and accepted a position as full-Time Nursing supervisor I was responsible for the staff and operations of the facility in all departments I was also in charge of all other staff in building , and oversaw the daily operations of the building This was a challenging yet rewarding position We serviced a difficult population of TBI and mentally ill residents
