• Provided Physical Therapy care to patients in their homes. Patients included post op, balance and chronic pain patients. Both part A and part B Medicare treatments included. Performed scheduling of patients. EMR systems used include: HomeCare Home Base, Kantime and Web PT.

• Provided direct quality-oriented patient care, inservicing, and documentation management for an outpatient private practice with a clinic treating a variety of orthopedic and post-surgical patients including lymphedema and cancer rehabilitation.
• Analyzed data on new patients, attendance, appointments, and cancelations and identified correlations. Attended weekly meetings included staff training on clinical and operational techniques.

Performed physical therapy and managed an office in Delaware. Responsible for in person marketing for the office.

• Performed per diem physical therapy coverage for 10-20 patients per day across 10 outpatient clinics along with coverage through General Healthcare Resources utilizing EMR systems, Raintree and WebPT.

· Evaluated patient conditions to create personalized treatment plans that addressed individual needs.

• Provided evaluation and treatment of patients with orthopedic diagnoses, managed a team of four including physical therapist assistants, and supported the development of marketing strategies.

· Created and delivered annual course on aquatic physical therapy techniques, enhancing student understanding and application of therapeutic practices.
