- Oversee sales team performance, incentive plans, and the development of annual sales budgets for affiliate organizations and managed communities
- Collaborate with community leaders to align budgets with strategic goals and ensure financial success
- Continuously evaluate and enhance community-specific sales plans to optimize census and revenue outcomes
- Partner with corporate marketing to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, including collateral materials, messaging, marketing automation, and website enhancements
- Work closely with Operations to establish reporting mechanisms and ensure accountability through key performance indicators
- Set and drive annual goals and objectives aligned with the organization’s mission, consistently delivering results while upholding values of integrity, empathy, and purpose.
