Maryland Project - Towson, MD

I was given the opportunity to relocate to Towson, Maryland to assist our East Coast office expand and retain existing Account Executives. I had the pleasure of conducting meetings among our senior leaders and Account Executives & Corporate Trainers. Along with mentoring, encouraging and teaching them the fundamentals of proper sales, marketing, retention, leadership and compliance.


Fresno Project - Fresno, CA

May 2022 - August 2022

Once I completed my Maryland Project, I was given an opportunity to replicate the results in Fresno. There I was able to focus more on team building, interviews, and orientations. Both projects have been very rewarding and have solidified my level of expertise.
