Full Cycle Recruiting

Collaborating with managers on new job openings as they emerge, which includes preparing, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and facilitating onboarding.

➢ Developing or revising job descriptions alongside hiring managers

➢ Advertising the available positions on job boards

➢ Evaluating resumes and forwarding suitable candidates to managers

➢ Extending job offers and drafting offer letters

Systems Management

Leave Management

Overseeing and coordinating employee leave within legally mandated time frames:


This involves:

➢ Managing FMLA, NYSPFL, short-term disability, workers’ compensation, and other leaves provided under collective bargaining agreements

➢ Handling COVID-19 leave management

➢ Reviewing accident reports related to workers' compensation claims

➢ Completing leave paperwork and distributing it to employees

➢ Following up on any missing documents through conversations, emails, and letters sent to employees' homes

➢ Filing received paperwork with the appropriate insurance carrier and forwarding any required information to employees

➢ Keeping the case open for the duration of the requested leave, which necessitates ongoing monitoring and follow-up until the employee returns to work.
