  • ART (Assessment Response Team)-communicate with the Hotline as needed, review and analyze cases, provide feedback through assessments to guide CPI’s to ensure CFOP and other polices are being followed to ensure quality investigations.   • Investigate each child's living environment to determine whether home is safe or presents risks. Maintain contact with families throughout the course of their involvement with the agency to ensure appropriate follow-up action is taken.
