Help support plans for District Manager development
Assist with operational items escalated by leadership to usher a quick resolution and follow up
Communication between corporate teams and field teams
Work with inventory department to regulate serial aging, inventory churn, RMA, EOL, etc
Work with HR on employee management, employee discipline, employee relations
Work with backoffice for items such as in store items cash deposits, supplies, open/closing checklists etc
Virtually assisting with 143 stores and 13 district managers with all Sales and Operational excellence.
Have daily calls with supported Sales Directors/District Managers to ensure consistent direction with discussions documented and sent as daily recaps which will be entered into Strategy Portal.
