  • Directly monitors each Head Start Center monthly to ensure that home visits; family and community partnerships; and family services are provided according to the Performance Standards.

  • Provides FSS and FSW with training in recruitment, home visits, needs assessment, file maintenance, data entry, and reporting.
  • Makes presentations at pre-service and in-service training conferences.
  • Provides annual training on child abuse and neglect recognition.
  • Trains employees on computer usage of network, Child Plus, and Microsoft software.
  • Maintains records pertaining to family & community partnerships, social services, and parent involvement.
  • Prepares monthly attendance report using monthly USDA participation and attendance records.
