Stretch and Flexibility Coach through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine)

Passionate about health and fitness, particularly stretching and flexibility. Recently received certification as a Stretching and Flexibility Coach upon completing the course, challenging myself in an area I haven't studied prior. As a brain break in my small classroom, I often lead students in quick exercises (dancing, arm circles, jumping jacks, etc...) in order to recharge and refresh their bodies and minds during lessons.
