Through proven leadership and success, assumed direct oversight and responsibility as the regional operations director for care management centers in Kentucky, Tennessee and Arkansas to standardize, collaborate and strengthen success and bandwidth across multi-site region
Oversee operational performance of the Lexington KY and Ashland KY CMCs including driving revenue growth while delivering high quality patient care
Implementing policies and procedures to ensure more effective, efficient and safe onboarding and servicing of our patient population
Driving high employee engagement to build a cohesive team dedicated to delivering high quality care
Working closely with other CMCs to transition patients when needed to ensure continuous care
Identifying issues or deficits in performance of various metrics and implementing plans/processes to improve performance
Partnering with our commercial team to drive referrals, navigate supply chain issues and relay that messaging, and to ensure onboarding of appropriate patients
Key Roles:
Successful opening of the Ashland KY location in June of 2001 as Director of Operations to introduce Home Infusion to the Eastern KY, Southern Ohio and Western WV markets
Added Paducah KY as an additional location to drive efficiencies in that location and improve compliance with policies and performance
Gained leadership of the Nashville, TN location and worked closely with Vanderbilt to continue our Joint Venture partnership with that medical facility. In this time, we were able to improve quality metrics, financial metrics and decrease bad debt.
Involved in transition of outlying KY offices to the regional compounding center as it opened and began services all refills for those locations.
