• Removed all boxes and related trash from sales floor and processed through compactors.
• Unloaded arriving product stock and moved to store display areas.
• Scanned shelves and product cases to locate expired, outdated, and spoiled items.
• Used dollies and pallet jacks to unload and organize merchandise from delivery trucks.

My duties as a cleaning crew Lead include directing my driver to the specific job sites we will be cleaning. I give my crew directions on what to do at trash sites that include alleys, streets, bike trails, and homeless encampments. I am always in contact with the public, including the homeless population. I do paperwork and phone work for every trash sites. I am responsible for the safety of my crew and making sure my crew follows all safety guidelines, dressed properly , while representing the company in a positive manor. I am also a crew driver. My responsibilities as a crew driver include taking instructions from other crew leads, making sure my crew arrives at every work site safe. I am also a crew labor. My job as a crew labor include following instructions from my crew Lead. My duties as a crew Lead along with my crew also include litter picking the highways, raking and shoveling, and basically beautifying the city of Bakersfield.
