  • Every Tuesday run the IW (Incentive Wages Report) receipts for offenders, every week, print out JPAY/VIAPATH deposit receipts for offenders run and print Friday’s report on the NCXPTR System, then create a DC-902 reconciliation report on Excel Spreadsheet
  • Reconcile accounts using the BOA (Bank of America System), create DC-440 purchases on the IBS system then submit for payment after receiving the receipt from the requestor
  • Input vendor invoices on the CNTR05 form and upload them to SharePoint for payment utilizing the NCFS (North Carolina Financial System)
  • Place requisition orders using the NC E-Procurement system, & NCAS—processing and tracking payments, analyzing data for accuracy, problem-solving, and interpreting policies and procedures
  • Monitor operational trust fund accounts to ensure funds for purchases are available
  • Use the DPS/DAC Cross-Walk Reference (Supplier’s number & Supplier’s Site number), NCFS-Budget on Excel Spreadsheet, and use the FBR list report
