I currently work in supply chain in the WOW dock area in cab trim as a forklift driver. I have been in area since i started in 2022. Im very dedicated to my area and take pride in owning my area. I'm very detailed, I maintain a good 5s area, good communication with my team and the line. Im very dependable and always make sure to get the line feed. Im very safety minded.

• I worked in body weld conveyance driving forklifts and tuggers delivering parts to production

• Worked in the dock area loading and unloading trucks, repacking parts for other plants
• I made team leader in November 2015 and ran small parts area. Made kaizen team leader. During kaizen my team was incharge of repairing,modifying,fabricating equipment, maintaining dollys,chutters in bodyweld and agvs.
• I was forklift team lead and tugger team lead till I moved in to production as a body weld deck/ underbody team lead.
• I made sure all team members followed standardized work, did the job with quality and safety in mind, did preshift pm's on equipment and tools
• I made repairs, made the daily schedules, made sure training was up to date on all team members, all ppe was worn and not damaged, made sure Takt time was met
• Worked with agvs and made service parts.
• Participated in yearly quality circles and team building activities
• Actively participated in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing valuable insights on process optimization strategies.
