At MILA Elementary, I have been a classroom teacher since 2005 , and have taught students of various ages and with Varying Exceptionalities. During this time, I have focused on teaching academic skills that are incorporated with various levels of assistive technology to assist with communication skills, social skills, and independent living skills. I am a compassionate teacher who maximizes educational opportunities with assistive technology such as CORE board, assistive technology devices, and classroom visuals.
