Nominated by Manager Michael Maccarone - Stephanie is an exceptional nurse that goes above and beyond for our patients and her colleagues. She is regularly recognized for her teamwork, collaboration, and clinical skills. Her positive attitude and strong work ethic motivates her colleagues to do better and sets a wonderful example for the rest of the team. She is a strong advocate for the rest of the team and will speak up with constructive feedback how to improve our workflows in the office. This week we had a patient with heart rate of 39 in office-Stephanie recognized and sent pt to the ER. The patient was in complete heart block and was life lined to Geisinger for urgent pacemaker. Stephanie saved this patients life and was recognized by our providers for her amazing work. We are proud to have Stephanie as a part of the GSL team and she deserves to be recognized
