ServiceNow app Engin studio for citizen developers project (Team)

· The goal and scope of the project were to create an application that would collect the data through the Employee Travel Request form to aid in booking official travel. The purpose is to streamline employees' business travel by Leveraging a form to collect data and manager approval before booking employee travel.

· Used the ServiceNow app engine developer's instance to create the application.

· Design applications include importing data, creating an experience, logic, automation, and security. As well as identify stack holders, inputs, and output in the project.

· Conducts unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

· Addressed any issues or bugs identified during testing.

· . Followed best practices for coding and documentation.

Project success

The knowledge base document will provide employees with the details of how to start the request and include a link to the employee travel request form. The form submission will then submit a ticket to the manager for approval.
