I’ve been working in the hospitality industry, primarily on and off, for the past three decades. Although I’ve ventured into other careers, I always find myself drawn back to this environment. It’s because I genuinely love hospitality. I take great pride in crafting the cocktails I serve to each and every customer. I’ve mastered classic cocktails like the Manhattan and Old Fashioned, as well as dirty and dry martinis. I have extensive experience in mixology and the art of crafting exceptional cocktails. I maintain meticulous attention to detail and follow drink recipes precisely, believing that consistency is paramount. The drink must consistently taste the same great way every time. I can handle busy bars and restaurants with minimal freak outs, hey, I’m not that perfect, but I can handle big crowds until I need to call for some help, it’s rare. All while ensuring proper safety and cleanliness, adhering to OSHA and state health department codes and standards. Despite my 25+ years of experience in hospitality, I’m not rigid in my ways and am open to learning and adapting. I adjust my approach to meet the unique needs of each and every establishment.
I am currently looking for part time work in a more upscale environment given my 20+ years of experience. At this part of my life I’d love to be working in an environment that is mentally stimulating where I can have meaningful conversations with customers and serve top shelf cocktails made with love, my signature ingredient. I believe dining out is an experience, and my job is to ensure customers have a great time while they’re with us.
