While with TCR Childcare Corp, I was first an office assistant. As the office assistant, I answered phones, assisted with monthly reports including USDA, meal count, and attendance. I collected childcare payments while the center was a daycare, filed and kept children and staffs files current, scanned and faxed documents, and filled in for the director in her absence.

As an early head start teacher I Planed and implemented age-appropriate learning activities and educational programs, Created a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the social, emotional, and academic growth of each child, Observed and assessed each child's progress providing feedback, and developing educational plans for their individual needs, scheduled, planned, provided educational information, support, encouragement, and suggestions to parents/caregivers.
