Develop, justify, and maintain budgets for APHIS during emergent incidents, such as the African Swine Fever response currently underway in the Dominican Republic, Haiti, and Puerto Rico, while researching the nuances of international budgeting to include such line items as specialized training for first responders, complex costs inherent to international travel, and conversion rates for local contractors employed by the federal government to aide in the response.

• As Budget Analyst for the Bureau of Prisons, detailed to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, under Emergency Support Function #13, I served a hybrid role, planning, analyzing, formulating, justifying, and managing multiple budgets of both agencies involving emergency management.
• While serving as a member of the Bureau of Prison's National Planning Section Team throughout COVID 19, I was reassigned to Logistics Section Chief within the Incident Command System structure, as over 700 Bureau of Prisons tactical, medical, and support staff members moved into the DC area in support of Attorney General's call for assistance.
• As a result of my efforts, over 700 Bureau of Prisons staff were fully supported with food, lodging, medical supplies, and medical attention when required.

• Within the Reentry Branch, Community Treatment Services, maintain oversight of Regional Mental Health, Substance Use, and Sex Offender Treatment budgets by developing formulas, importing and exporting financial data, providing budgeting analysis, correction of obligation errors, providing recurring up to the minute information regarding availability of funds.

• As Administrative Support Specialist, this hybrid position comprised of contracting, accounting and budget analysis for the largest Care Level 4 medical budget within any BOP facility, consisting of 3 cost centers, over 80 individual contracts and a total operating budget of over $63 million dollars of funding appropriated through Congress.
• Maintain technical oversight of the accounting and contracting operations of 4 Health Services Assistants, 1 Financial Technician, and 1 medical coding and billing contractor providing guidance, interpreting regulations, resolving conflict, while working with and through Medicare rates and the medical billing adjudication process to accurately predict and justify medical spending.

• As Marine Corps Administrative Chief, I was the 'Go To' person in matters pertaining to military pay, benefits such and Servicemembers Group Life Insurance (SGLI), Housing, per diem, travel allowances and dependency benefits based on a thorough working knowledge of ever changing Marine Corps pay standards, Policy and Procedures as well as Marine Corps Orders and Administrative Messages (Program Statement equivalent).
• Was the female recruiting liaison for Marine Corps Reserve for my unit advising and guiding prospective (not enlisted) and shipping (enlisted but not yet to boot camp) recruits on Marine Corps Standards allowing an 'inside look' at the Marine Corps, and initiating a 'head start' into boot camp.
• Maintained daily oversight of the workload of up to 6 military personnel in a field setting advising staff of new policy and procedure updates.
• Constructed the Tactical Operating Procedures for my department in an activated status.
• Was the Red Cross contact for communications regarding emergency family matters coordinating resources when needed as dictated in dependency benefits and emergency operations standards and advising supervisors of immediate staffing concerns.
• Was the Administrative Chief for the Peacetime/Wartime Support Team (PWST) maintaining the day to day operations of my unit while in an activated status from the home site maintaining continuance of pay, resolving financial conflicts utilizing the Servicmembers Civil Relief Act, coordinating resources and information for transport to the active site, while maintaining communication with community ties and military families and dependents.
