Contacted customers to set delivery and service appointments, & established efficient delivery/service routes for technicians. Prepared medical billing paperwork for the corporate office. Single handedly ran the satellite warehouse, supervised 6 technicians, shipped and received/stocked parts and equipment, maintained inventory, and assembled power mobility equipment.

Performed preventative maintenance on all buses along with minor repairs such as brakes, air bellows, hoses, lighting, etc. This position also required obtaining a Class B CDL with passenger endorsement, which was successfully completed. Additional duties included road calls, bus swap-outs, and some administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and answering the shop phone.

Assisted customers with repair tickets, processed payments, communicated with parts suppliers to place orders, and also performed state safety inspections. Input completed work orders into the computer.
