Case-managed participants on the HCBA waiver with social workers as part of a case management team.

Nursing assessments, plans of treatment, home visits, and helping participants get needed care.

Home health nurse assessments, Oasis documentation, wound care, gastrostomy tube care and replacement, catheter care and replacement, care plans, and trained other staff.

I started working at home and healthcare management as a nurse educator. I learned and taught a new EMR, Matrix. I also provided required education for newly hired staff and ongoing education requirements for Home health aides.

Labor and delivery nurse started IVs, cervical checks, worked triage, labored patients until delivered, hemorrhage management, administration of multiple drug treatments including pitocin, magnesium and blood transfusions. Placed IUPC and FSE. Worked with residents. Took care of demises and circulated OR for c-sections. Care for antepartum patients.
