I assist Dr. Arturo Aguillon-Bouche, in plastic and hand surgery, per diem. My duties include:

• Communicating his preferences to the OR team and assisting the team with the preparation of case set up.
• Prepare the patient for surgery by properly positioning the patient, assisting with the prepping and draping of the surgical site.
• Anticipating Dr. Arturo's needs intraopertively by providing exposure of the surgical site,tissue handling, and hemostasis.
• Closure of the surgical wound and applying dressings

Worked per diem as a Surgical Technologist. On occasion, I assisted surgeons during surgical procedures.

In September 2016, Dr. Arturo and I joined Harrington Physician Services-Plastics.

Worked per diem as a Surgical Technologist scrubbing cases and working in SPD. On occasion, I assisted surgeons during surgical procedures.

Worked full-time as a CST for most of this time. In 2005, I switched to per diem so I could pursue my career as a CSFA with Dr. Arturo.

CST full time in Chestnut OR. Specialties included: General, GYN, Orthopedics, Vascular, Plastic, and Hand surgeries
