• Has maintained the Lead Cardiac Catherization Technologist position since 2018.
• Duties have included maintaining staff timecards and scheduling, assisting in daily staffing assignments and day to day functions of the cardiac cath lab, managing department shift management report
• Radiologic technologist assisting physicians in routine cardiac cath procedures, pacemaker/ ICD insertions, and other miscellaneous procedures by operating the physiologic and hemodynamic monitoring system and/or scrubbing for invasive cardiac and vascular procedures.
• Such procedures include but not limited to: complex coronary and peripheral interventions, endovascular AAA, Structural heart disease, Transcatheter aortic valve replacement
• Provides direct and indirect care to patients undergoing invasive cardiac and vascular procedures.
• Responsible for the proper functioning of cath lab equipment, manages aspects of inventory and supplies, and maintains professional relationships with vendors.
• Maintains up to date knowledge of current trends and techniques in the cardiovascular field and participates in continuing education opportunities.
• Works well with others and serves as a role model by displaying leadership and teaching capabilities while serving as a preceptor for new hires.
• Member of Cardiology Clinical Competency Committee.

Worked as an independent consultant to observe the workflow and skillset of staff in a hospital based cardiac catheterization lab. Provided input on improvement processes to enhance patient safety and delivery of care.

• Performed diagnostic x-ray exams and fluoroscopic procedures.
• Performed Bone Density tests in an outpatient center setting.
• Provided direct and indirect care to patients on an inpatient and outpatient level.

• Worked under the supervision of a registered pharmacist in providing medications to nursing units.
