• Working with newborns and adolescents who are vent or G-tube dependent. Take daily assessment including: vitals, bowel program, seizure activity and much more.

• Take new referral and assign RN for Start OF Care. Obtain eligibility with insurance company and all referrals needed for disciplines. Assign and confirm all disciplines that are required per case.

• Full Body assessment, Wound care, daily blood sugar checks and insulin administration. Follow up with MD with any patient status changes and receive any verbal orders and report to Case Manager.

• Dispensing and controlled substance under the direct supervision of clinical MD for the purpose of pain relief and drug rehabilitation.

• Working with adolescents who are incapable of doing the things required for a healthy daily living. Preform daily assessment including: vitals, in and out catherization, Intake and Output. Working and teaching patient how to utilize current functions to gain independence.
