I am a Licensed Practical Nurse that has been in the world of cosmetics for over 10 years now, I came from plastics but for the past 6 years I have been in a MedSpa atmosphere, and I love it. There is no other feeling that is better than making someone feel good about themselves. There is no other profession that could give back someone’s confidence the way this industry can. I have not been able to practice as a nurse in the industry yet. I graduated nursing school in December of 2023 and the MedSpa I currently work for does not need a nurse now and I am eager to learn and start helping others.

A little back story about me, when I was 16 years old, I was diagnosed with plaque psoriasis. I was covered in painful plaques that would crack and bleed over 85% of my body. I had a rough time going through high school under these conditions, especially when the hallways of the high schools were like catwalks. I can’t begin to tell you how very proud of that teenage girl for not giving up. She is the reason I have continued to strive to be where I am today. I want to help people who don’t feel that they are beautiful, feel beautiful inside and out. I know what it’s like to not feel comfortable in your own skin and I can relate to others that are having a hard time shining. I don’t have a lot of hands-on experience, but I am passionate about this industry, and I am a hard worker, I just need a chance to prove myself.
