I want to take a moment and call out a special Avondale National Team performance – please join me in congratulating Stephanie Rogers for a huge month of June enrolling 25 students! To put 25 in one month in context; over the 2011-2021 period there are only 6 individual months with a rep enrolling 20+ students and Stephanie has two of those top six top months! The other notable statistic is Career Average Enrollments. Out of 100 reps in the 2004-2021 timeframe, Stephanie maintains the highest career average monthly enrollments!
The national team is a special group of talented reps working mostly with relocating prospects. The attached workbook includes the team activity from 2004 through June 2021. There are some names from the past listed that make it clear that the national team feeds our leadership team!

My 6 years experience as a training manager within the restaurant Industry allowed me the opportunity to interview dozens of potential employees for a variety of positions within the restaurant. I was also responsible for training and coaching the new employees and offering continuing training for current employees. My location was chosen as the top training store for our region. Criteria included store volume and high retention rate of our staff. I believe my success was possible through comprehensive training and also creating an atmosphere that nurtured team members strengths all the while encouraging growth in areas that he not been a previous strength.
