Complete Bio-psychosocial assessments, develop and coordinate patient centered treatment plans in an acute setting. Work collaboratively within a multi disciplinary team, crisis intervention, high risk screening, brief and supportive counseling. Complex discharge planning, resource and community agency coordination and referral. Mandated reporting as indicated, assessment and diagnosis of a broad range of psychiatric disorders. Complete Mental Health Assessments and coordination of placement as indicated. Thorough documentation in patients electronic medical record.

Provide individual/group therapy and case management to clients, facilitate Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) groups to clients in PHP/IOP and Process groups. Assess and diagnose a broad range of psychiatric disorders, completion of Bio-psychosocial assessments, development and coordination of client centered treatment plans. Thorough documentation in clients electronic record, completion of utilization reviews with collaborating insurance providers, and referrals to community agencies as indicated.
