Make sure the credit card reconciliation is turned in the business office on time. Supply supporting documents that is needed or make inventory adjustments.. Using the Eva system to receive all the materials that is purchase for B & G. Having working knowledge of state procurement methods and applicable purchasing regulations. Work closely with Business Office, with orders, vendors, material, purchase orders, receivers and dates. I demonstrate the preparedness and skill to set up and maintain automated and manual filing systems. I make sure the correct documentation is collected for the mandatory folders and uploaded to the shared drive. Updates and maintain current employee personal/contact information and on-call roster if there are any changes.

Maintain an all chemicals and SDS sheets for ALL the chemicals used by the Building and Grounds Department staff. Submit for approval Memo for contractor that need to enter the facility. (Escorted by a staff member) As well as a signed copy of the PREA forms for Audit purposes. Keep up with the ordering of cleaning supplies to help maintain the sanitation of the department, using the Inventory Request System. Order all office supplies.
