• Resiliency Fellow (Intern), Sanar Institute, 09/01/22, 02/01/23, Provide direct client services in supporting and discovering diverse forms of healing for those impacted by trauma., Co-facilitated a psychoeducation support group for women who experienced intimate partner violence through trauma-informed, evidence-based practices to promote individual and community holistic healing., Created and facilitated a webinar highlighting the intersection of trauma and culture within the healing process to a diverse group of individuals in the community.
• Passaic County Care Management Organization (Circle of Care), 08/01/21, 05/01/22, Identify 3-5 youths in his youth load as a Care Manager and do more clinical-focused work/analysis by identifying coping strategies, practicing self-regulation techniques, and providing the necessary resources., Co-leaded an anxiety support group of 5-10 adolescents ages 14-17 once per week for an hour., Led a monthly support group of Care Managers regarding self-care, coping skills, and burnout/stress.
