As a Specialist, I played a key role in managing customer orders, ensuring everything was processed efficiently and accurately. I worked closely with other specialists in the department to stay on top of inventory and make sure that customer requests were handled promptly. Whether it was preparing product orders, assisting with stock replenishment, or coordinating sales promotions, I always focused on keeping things organized and ensuring customers had a stress-free experience from start to finis. Working together as a team was essential to making sure everything ran smoothly and that we were meeting department goals.

As a Department Supervisor, I was respo for overseeing the daily operations of the departmen. My role involved making sure everything ran smoothly-from supporting the team with tasks to stepping in to handle customer concerns. I found it rewarding to help my team grow through training and coaching, while also ensuring our department met its sales goals and maintained a high level of customer service.

As Head Cashier, I led a team of cashiers, helping them stay organized and on track while handling customer transaction. I also made sure tinaddto address any concerns, manage returns or exchanges, and keep the checkout process running smoothly. The best part was being a go-to person for my team-whether it was coaching new hires or solving problems for customer, I love helping out where needed.

In my role as a Cashier, I focused on providing great customer service to customers as they made purchases. I also assisted with stock organization and keeping the checkout area clean and efficient. I always took the time to ensure every customer felt heard and valued, even if it was a quick interaction at the register.

I operate lift equipment to help move product around the store. Safety is always a top priority and I take pride in keeping Home Depot organized. I drop pallets for customers as well as fly pallets of overstock items. I am also certified on the Order Picker, which makes things run smoothly while bringing down large items such as Appliances for customers.
