Stock and maintain produce section while also serving as a customer service and courtesy clerk for the store. Direct and help customers with their questions or guide them to others who can help. Food-prep, with an emphasis on sanitization and following protocols. Occasionally stock and maintain the floral section, blow up balloons, and make bouquets. Finally, help train and guide new hires.

• Do routine check-ins on residents and fill out corresponding forms throughout the shift, with an emphasis on paying attention to detail. Help residents with any needs and/or complaints, check vitals, keep bedroom and bathroom supplies stocked, do resident laundry, clean rooms and bathrooms. Help serve meals in the dining hall and clean-up after. Do stimulating and entertaining activities with residents. Help with self-care such as give showers, help brush teeth, spoon feed, etc. Strip & put new bedding on, speak with families occasionally, help with therapy or mobility exercises as needed.

• First employee to be hired! Run reservation booking system, also take and process equipment orders. Mainly take and process phone reservations and do customer outreach. Regularly clean and prep equipment, provide a safety brief, take care of waiver signing, and finally launch reservations into the water. Sit at front desk, welcome reservations and guests, and primarily erve as customer service. Train and manage “paddle-hands” or new employees. Occasionally run demos and other training services. Create and run social media/ PR campaigns and advertisements. Network with local marina and other businesses for collaborations and community outreach.

Primarily answer phones and serve as customer service. Typically in the fashion of a help line and/or directory. Regularly transfer and take calls for higher offices. File paperwork and organize information via email or paper copies. Occasionally make announcements for the school, help students/faculty/parents at the front desk. Finally, authorize and document checkouts ands sign-ins and help visitors. Important emphasis on being friendly and doing whatever possible to help visitors, students, staff, and my boss.
