  • Oversee four facilities in three different sites for Wayside Recovery Center.
  • The scope of this work is to manage food service for two residential sites for clients, maintenance work for three residential sites, and include compliance and licensing of all three facilities.
  • Coordination with vendors and repairs to keep sites safe and compliant for state and federal funding.
  • The Office facilities part of the job is to maintain office supplies for all four sites, by working with vendor in getting best pricing, rebate checks on supplies ordered, while keeping sites within a budget
  • I assist the CEO with specific needs and calendar meetings for leadership, staff, and the board.
  • Coordinating staff meetings, board meetings, and manager meetings; attending, taking minutes, and providing food, drink, materials, and agendas as needed or as requested.
  • 2023 Saved more than $100,000.00 to the budget by consolidating Maintenance and food service costs
  • Engaged with Non-Profit EnerChange and applied and received rebates in the 1000's of dollars for energy upgrades to all three of our Residential Sites
  • Applied and received free LED lighting all three sites, along with no cost programable thermostats, shower heads, faucets for kitchens and bathrooms
  • Applied and received rebates on heating and cooling units our Women's Treatment Center, saving 1000's in 2023 and 2024
  • Working on Solor Energy for our Women's Site, that would be at no charge to install and possibly raise money for organization, by selling energy back to city
  • Boiler rebates applied for and awarded as well
  • Coordination moving office from Edina to St Paul and another move of business office to another space in current building
