Duties/Responsibilities
•Pharmacy operations support, including staffing responsibilities and delegation of tasks to maintain queue productivity, efficiency, and accuracy, while coordinating with the POA.
• Assisting in completion of customer requests, including document creation, updates, updating forms,
care
kit alterations, and uploading documents to AvaRx, or applicable organizations.
• Work together with the pharmacy operations administrator to ensure that medications are ordered when needed, and that expiration dates are monitored accordingly.
• Ongoing communication with the POA on office dynamics, including personnel opportunities.
• To assist POA and the OPS Billing Supervisor in an initiative to increase billable claims, decrease
costs and increase productivity.
•Ensure that all things needed for operations are stocked, prepared, and ready to go for the next shift.
