and inquiries, including tracking information and delayed

orders

● Handle returns or exchanges for customers, and

communicate progress to customers.

● Walk customer through processes including web ordering,

RMA forms, Docusign, Credit Application, etc.

● Cover for Account Executive when they are unavailable

● Participate in vigorous and on-going outbound calling

campaign when necessary

● Resolve issues through active listening and open-ended

questioning, escalating major problems to manager
