●Enter sales orders, build customer cases, and update
customer case files using NetSuite and follow stablished
guidelines and procedures
● Solicit for quotations and Manage open quotes on a daily
basis
● Participate fully in product training sessions, meetings,
skills training and professional development classes.
● Communicate changes on orders to all necessary
departments including: Credit, Financing,
Planning/Purchasing and Logistics.
● Check product availability and lead times at time of order
entry and communicate information to customers
● Proof orders entered against customer purchase orders;
make necessary corrections
● Maintain and update account information in NetSuite
● Escalate unresolved customer issues to management
according to established escalation procedures and
timelines
● Act as a liaison between customers and all other
departments prior to an order finalization
● Review backorders to insure all customers are contacted if
an order is not able to ship on customer requested ship
date
● Provide timely resolution of customer complaints, concerns,
and inquiries, including tracking information and delayed
orders
● Handle returns or exchanges for customers, and
communicate progress to customers.
● Walk customer through processes including web ordering,
RMA forms, Docusign, Credit Application, etc.
