Clinical Research + Experience
Graduate Research: Studied the effects of VR with moderate aerobic training versus only moderate aerobic training on dual-tasking (DT) in healthy young adults. Dual tasking clinically is an important skill for any patient and can be utilized as an exercise progression. Gaining more experience using DT outcome measures and VR has helped me learn how to make exercise more engaging and functional.
