• Lead Hogarth productions as Director and / or Cinematographer, while supporting the post team with edits as needed

• Design budgets, staff crew, establish capture plans and perform all duties for 100+ projects per month for clients such as Spotify, LinkedIn, Meta, Amazon, Bloomberg, and Apple
• Develop and support all producers within the dept. and approve large purchases and legal contracts
• Interview, hire, and maintain a roster of 5,000+ global vendors, ensuring all crew is aligned on brand standards, quality, and expectations

• Provide full-service project management for brands such as Facebook, The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and Expedia on budgets upwards of one-million dollars
• Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable, negotiate financial contracts and ensure positive cash flow
• Lead the Customer Success & Support teams, serving as brand advocate for a global network of over 20k vendors in order to optimize user experience

• Supervise and support 100+ guest-facing employees, serving as brand advocate for guests
• Create daily schedules for team members across 40+ POS stations, approve refunds, and perform cash-out reports in excess of $100K per day
• Improve on existing software and systems while devising weekly reports on finances, operations, dept. performance, guest feedback, and KPIs

• Operate camera for live events in a 9,500 seat arena, relaying signal to live broadcasting networks

• Technical direct, operate TriCaster, and coordinate real time editing for highlight reels and halftime clips

• Staff and train 50+ photographers and videographers, and schedule media coverage for 100+ events occurring at 22 venues over 5 days
• Post-produce all deliverables across the company

• Coordinate all phases of production for 120+ events annually, supervising camera, post, and design departments
• Film, edit, and finalize projects through delivery

• Draft storyboards, treatments, shooting schedules, budgets, and production packets for projects.
• Lead a team of employees through productions and events. Assist and instruct interns with shooting, editing, and finalizing videos
• Educate and train students and interns on the mechanics and operation of in-house cameras and lighting
