Assisted residents with Adls and med pass. I was in a car accident December 31 2023 and was hospitalized and no longer able to work

I transferred from Tivoli Nursing home to Divine Savior Hospital and worked on the Med Surg unit and at times the intensive care unit. I assisted patients with various Adls needs, repositioning, took meal orders, gave showers and did vitals through out the twelve hour shift. I had to stop working due to injuries sustained in a car accident on December 31 2023 going home from working a twelve hour shift.
